"Services" refers to all HVAC and restaurant appliance repair, maintenance, cleaning, and emergency repair services provided by AirCare Express. "Website" refers to aircareexp.com, where you can learn more about our services, schedule appointments, and contact us.
2. Services Provided
AirCare Express offers the following services:
HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repairs Commercial kitchen appliance repair and maintenance Preventative maintenance and deep cleaning for HVAC and appliances Emergency repair services for HVAC and restaurant equipment
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our ability to perform the work based on the equipment condition, site location, and other relevant factors.
3. Service Appointments & Scheduling
3.1 Appointment Requests
Customers may request service appointments by phone ((435) 414-6297) or email ([email protected]). Scheduling is subject to technician availability.
3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
AirCare Express reserves the right to cancel or reschedule service due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, technician availability, or safety concerns.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 Estimates & Quotes
We provide estimates based on an initial assessment. Quotes are subject to change upon a full inspection of the equipment. Additional services or parts required during a repair may result in an adjusted invoice.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Invoices not paid within the agreed-upon terms may be subject to late fees and collection efforts.
4.3 Refunds & Service Guarantees
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If an issue arises with our services, customers must notify us within 7 days for an evaluation. Refunds or rework are considered on a case-by-case basis and only if AirCare Express determines that the service was performed incorrectly.
5. Emergency Services
We offer 24/7 emergency repair services for urgent HVAC and appliance breakdowns.
Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges for after-hours or holiday service calls.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide a safe and accessible workspace for our technicians. Ensure that all necessary approvals (such as landlord or property management consent) are obtained before service. Inform us of any known issues, hazards, or restrictions related to the service site.
Failure to provide a safe work environment may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
7. Warranties & Liability
7.1 Service Warranty
AirCare Express provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for certain services. The specific warranty period will be communicated at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
AirCare Express is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, equipment failures, or other unforeseen events. Customers agree that AirCare Express’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, text, and images are the property of
AirCare Express and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and handle your personal information.
10. Termination of Services
AirCare Express reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
A customer violates these Terms. There is a failure to pay for services. The service environment is deemed unsafe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

11.2 Dispute Process
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before taking legal action. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Utah.
